Almost all EBC brake discs are British-made and precision machined. The brake discs are made of high quality gray iron. In this way, the standard standards are followed precisely and these brake discs can effortlessly undergo extensive and meticulous quality control.

EBC Premium brake discs are cast with a material strength of 150 N / m2 and a strictly controlled surface hardness that may vary less than 20 HB. They are then precision CNC machined with a surface tolerance of less than 0.05 mm.
