The Tazer DT is an indispensable tool for owners of the new 2019+ Ram 1500 (only the new model, including the Ram TRX).
Simple plug & play installation – simply disconnect the SGW module and connect the Tazer DT Mini in the same location. This is located above the OBD2 diagnostic connector.
The Tazer DT features two types of functions:
• Settings that program the vehicle for modifications to the Ram
• “Live” functions that are available during use
All functions are controlled via the dashboard display using the buttons on the steering wheel.
PERFORMANCE MENU
• Adjust alternative tire sizes up to 41 inches
• Adjust alternative axle ratios
• Adjust the LO-range ratio of the transfer case
TPMS MENU
• Disable TPMS system if desired
• Adjust front and rear warning PSI limits
RADIO MENU
• Disable rearview camera
• Activate cargo/front/undercarriage camera input
• Activate CD audio input
• Disable Travellink (including weather alerts)
LIGHTING MENU
• Change DRL location
• Disable DRL Dropout
• Activate fog lamp output
• Disable fog lamp dropout
• Disable one-touch lane change
• Disable halos
• Set LED third brake light type
• Set LED fog lamp type
• Set LED taillight type
• Set LED front turn signal type
• Activate Trailer Tow output for use with Mopar kit
OTHER MENUS
• Lock/unlock front and rear differentials (for Powerwagon axle conversion)
• Activate aux switch settings on the radio
• Activate blind spot detection (sensors required)
• Change the splash screen of the instrument cluster to various Ram models
• Enable/disable the PANIC button on the remote
LIVE FUNCTIONS
• Light Shows – controllable via the keyfob or screen menu. Includes six preset light shows and three programmable shows. By default, only active when parked, but can be unlocked for off-road, parade, or emergency service use.
• Automatically folding mirrors – mirrors fold in/out automatically when turning the ignition on/off
• Control front windows via the keyfob
• Disable navigation lock while driving – enter addresses while the vehicle is in motion
• Disable camera lock – use the rearview camera and additional cameras while driving
• Auto Traction Kill – remembers the last traction control setting upon restart
• Auto Stop-Start Disable – remembers the last ESS setting upon restart
• Auto Tow Mode – remembers the last Tow Mode setting
• TurnCAM – activates the rearview camera when using turn signals
• 0-30 and 0-60 timers
• Cooldown Mode – lets cooling fans run after the Ram is turned off
• Winch Mode – increases idle RPM to 2000 RPM during winching or jump-starting
• Line Lock – locks the front brakes for burnouts
• Rock Crawl – locks all four brakes to hold the vehicle still during off-road use
• Button Mapping – use cruise control buttons as shortcuts for Tazer DT functions
• Clear check engine light
