To generate more storage options, you should look at the updated Elevate rack system. This rack system is designed as the perfect complement to tonneau covers such as the Extang Xceed, BAK Revolver, Truxedo Roll-Ups and other covers that are mounted in the bed rails of your pickup. The rack is also perfect for pickups equipped with Retrax XR and Roll-N-Lock XT tonneau covers, as it can be installed directly into the T-slot rails of the cover.
The rack - whether you get the CS or the FS rack, it has an adjustable height of 18, 23 or 28 inches. At a height of 18 inches, it provides easy access and a lower profile. At a length of 28 inches, you have full cab space when needed for transporting larger items. This rack has the flexibility to be installed, adjusted, or removed within minutes.
The Elevate rack is built to last, with its strong aluminum construction and robust powder coating it has a static load capacity of 350 kg. The load capacity on the road is 230 kg - if you need it for off-road driving, then it has a load capacity of 120 kg. That makes it strong enough to carry baskets, bicycles, ladders, and so many other items!
The T-slot channels are designed to accept various tie-down straps and many other accessories. Some assembly is required for the elevated rack and the average installation time is about 30 minutes. If the rails also need to be installed, the average installation time for the rack and rails is about 60 minutes.
If you do not have a cover equipped with the T-slot rails, then you will need to purchase the TS Rails from Truxedo separately. These can also be purchased through the webshop in four different lengths.
The CS Rack is suitable for Mid Size Trucks such as the Ford Ranger, Maverick, Chevrolet Colorado, Toyota Hilux, etc.
