EBC Brakes produces sports brake pads (Greenstuff, Redstuff, Yellowstuff, Bluestuff, and Orangestuff) and sports brake discs (Grooved, Ultimax, and Blade discs). In addition, EBC Brakes provides a complete range of standard brake pads, discs, shoes, and drums.
Virtually all EBC brake discs are of British manufacture and are precision machined. The brake discs are made from high-quality gray iron. This ensures that the standard specifications are precisely followed, and these brake discs can effortlessly undergo extensive and meticulous quality control.
EBC Premium brake discs are cast with a material strength of 150 N/m2 and a strictly controlled surface hardness that may vary by less than 20 HB. They are then precision CNC machined with a surface tolerance of less than 0.05 mm.
