The AMSOIL EABP100 Bypass Oil Filter is a high-quality bypass oil filter specially developed to remove the smallest contaminants from engine oil. Unlike standard full-flow filters, which mainly filter larger particles, this bypass filter removes ultra-fine dirt particles and soot down to 2 microns. As a result, the engine oil remains significantly cleaner and wear on engine components is greatly reduced.
The EABP100 works in parallel with the existing full-flow oil filter, creating an additional filtration step. While the standard filter captures the largest contaminants, the bypass filter continuously filters a small portion of the oil extremely fine. This results in better engine protection, longer oil life, and improved engine performance.
Thanks to its high filtration capacity, this filter can handle longer service intervals and helps extend oil change intervals, reducing maintenance costs and increasing engine reliability.

Application
The filter is mounted in a bypass oil filter system such as the systems from AMSOIL. In this setup, a small portion of the oil is continuously filtered through the bypass filter and returned to the engine's lubrication system.
